Have had very poor internet for the last few days, so this post covers quite a few days. Katherine Gorge 3 gorges cruise, acouple of days at Bitter springs & Mataranka and back to Barkly Homestead.
Tomorrow we will be back in far western Queensland and on a new road for us heading for Lawn Hill National park and then on to Cobbold Gorge.
The bat colony is still at the entrance to Katherine gorge.

We spent a morning underground exploring the Cutta Cutta caves, South of Katherine & met this very large snake in the cave.

We set off some fireworks at a bush camp while only we were there.
Unfortunately we started a couple of fires when the rocket launcher fell over and shot rockets under the cars and started a couple of fires which I put out with my trusty fire suppressant thongs
