Had a good look around Charters Towers. It turns out to be a very interesting place. We also went out to the weir which was extremely picturesque. I am still taking pics of birds which I am really enjoying doing. Tomorrow morning we are headed to the Burdekin dam for a few days.
Went to the Charters Towers drive in tonight.
This was the war time sighting shooting range for fighters & bombers.
These guys wandered to the caravan this afternoon, so I fed them some rolled oats. They were very happy with that.
